EVENT BOOKINGS & POLICIES

  • All events require advance booking.

  • Event tickets and reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • To ensure a smooth experience for our guests and a calm, safe environment for our cats, attendance for all events is strictly limited.

EVENT BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

  • Advance booking is required for all events

  • One ticket per person is required unless otherwise stated

  • Only registered ticket holders will be permitted to attend

  • We cannot accommodate walk-ins or additional guests

  • Event capacity is fixed and cannot be adjusted

CANCELLATION & NOTICE REQUIREMENT

  • All event bookings are non-refundable.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or change request.

  • Requests made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling, transfers, or credits.

EVENT WAIVER REQUIREMENT

All attendees must complete a waiver prior to arrival.

  • Each attendee must have a signed waiver (including children, if applicable)

  • Waivers are available on our website and sent via email after booking

  • Event start times are fixed

  • Late arrivals or incomplete waivers do not qualify for extended time or refunds

SOCK POLICY (CAT LOUNGE EVENTS)

Socks are required for all Cat Lounge events.

  • Please bring socks

  • Socks are available for purchase if needed
