BOOKING RESERVATIONS & POLICIES FOR 30 & 60 MINUTE VISITS

Reservations are required to guarantee entry to the Cat Lounge.
To maintain a calm, safe environment for our cats, we limit the number of guests in each session.

• One ticket per person is required and must be purchased prior to arrival

• We are typically at capacity and cannot accommodate walk-ins or additional guests

• Only registered ticket holders will be permitted to enter

• Our booking system displays real-time availability for each session

CANCELLATION & NOTICE REQUIREMENT

All 30- and 60-minute reservations are non-refundable.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or change request.
Requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled visit are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling, transfers, or credits.

WAIVER REQUIREMENT

All guests must complete a waiver prior to arrival.

• Each person in your party must have a signed waiver (including children)

• Waivers are available on our website (header section) and are also emailed after booking

• We cannot extend your visit time for waivers completed on-site

• Please ensure all waivers are signed before arriving

SOCK POLICY

Socks are required to enter the Cat Lounge.
