BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from Catfé Montclair. After using Apple Pay, you may still need to complete the final step on the booking page. No email? Check your spam/junk folder.

RESERVATIONS

• Advance booking is strongly recommended.

• One ticket is required for each guest. One person may book for the entire party.

• Walk-ins are welcome when space is available but are not guaranteed.

• Your reservation is for the number of guests booked. Additional guests are subject to availability.

• Online availability is updated in real time.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

• 24+ hours: Cancel for a refund minus the 4% processing fee, or reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours: No refunds, rescheduling, transfers, or credits.

• Same-day bookings are final.

WAIVERS

• Every guest must have a signed waiver, including children.

• Please complete waivers before arriving.

• Waivers are emailed after booking and available on our website.

• Visit time cannot be extended for waivers completed after your session begins.

SOCKS

Socks are required in the Cat Lounge. Forgot yours? Socks are available for purchase at the Catfé.
