Do I need a reservation to visit?

Yes. Reservations are required to guarantee entry to the Cat Lounge.

To maintain a calm, safe environment for our cats, we limit the number of guests per session and are often fully booked, especially on weekends.

While we may occasionally be able to accommodate walk-ins, availability is not guaranteed. We strongly encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

What is Cancellation/Refund Policay?

When completing a reservation, guests are required to acknowledge our Booking & Cancellation Policy before payment.

To cancel or request a change, please email meow@catfemontclair.com as soon as possible. We require 24 hours’ notice for 30/60-minute visits and 48 hours’ notice for events. Requests made within these windows cannot be changed, and refunds are not available.

What if I book the wrong day/wrong time?

Email meow@catfemontclair.com immediately if you notice an error; changes are only possible outside the cancellation window (24 hours for visits, 48 hours for events) and no refunds are available.

Can I book the cat lounge for a private event?

Yes, you certainly can! Please email meow@catfemontclair.com for more information.  We can accommodate 1-12 people for your private experience.

Do I have to sign a waiver?

We want all visitors to have a fun and safe experience, which is why we require everyone to sign a waiver before entering. A guardian will need to sign a waiver for each child. This waiver outlines the potential risks involved and serves as an agreement to enter at your own risk while holding our facility harmless. By signing the waiver, you can enjoy the company of our furry friends with peace of mind, knowing that we take your safety seriously. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. You can find the waiver included in your receipt after booking as well as in the header of the website.

How much is admission to the Cat lounge?

Accepted Answer

Cat lounge admission is $15 for 30 minutes and $28 for 60 minutes. You can book additional time, up to 2 hours if available. If you are late, we cannot extend your visit. Thank you for understanding.

What ages can visit the cat lounge?

Accepted Answer

We welcome visitors who are 7 years old or older to visit the cat lounge. Our age policy aims to ensure the safety of both our kittens and visitors.  Children ages 7-11 are allowed in our 30 minute sessions only.   We do require one adult for every 3 children. We sometimes have special events for ages 5+. Thank you for your understanding.
