PLEASE READ 🐾 All 30 minute sessions are 25 minutes in length. This allows us a few minutes to prepare the Cat Lounge for the next session. Please be mindful of your time and respectful of others that are waiting. Socks are Mandatory! Please be prepared to remove your shoes upon entering. We have Kittie socks available for purchase should you need for $2. Groups larger than 8 need to email meow@catfemontclair.com to schedule a private visit. Plan your visit- Allow for drive time, traffic and finding parking. We suggest arriving a few minutes early to ensure you have enough time to park, sign waivers, and enjoy a complimentary hot beverage. We have a very tight schedule and cannot extend your visit for any reason. CHILDREN POLICY- We created a space that allows all guests to enjoy their experience. For the safety of children and our cats, we have strict guidelines that we follow. Children ages 7+ are welcome in the 30 min cat lounge sessions Children under 7 years old are not permitted in the 30 minute session. We do have special events for children 5+ monthly. This is a quiet, peaceful space. There is no running or yelling. Please supervise your children at all times. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING/REFUNDS No refunds or rescheduling are offered for no-shows. To cancel or reschedule, email us at meow@catfemontclair.com with MORE THAN 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is not possible with LESS THAN 24 hours notice. Cancellations LESS THAN 24 hours before your scheduled visit are non-refundable. If you cancel MORE THAN 24 hours in advance, you'll receive a refund (minus a 4% processing fee). Refunds are not permitted for courtesy changes made within the original 24-hour window.
