READ 🐾 READ 🐾 READ 🐾 READ 🐾 READ 🐾 READ 🐾 READ 🐾 READ 🐾 READ *All 60 minute sessions are 55 minutes in length. This allows us a few minutes to prepare the Cat Lounge for the next session. Please be mindful of your time and respectful of others that are waiting. *Socks are Mandatory! Please be prepared to remove your shoes upon entering. We have Kittie socks available for purchase should you need for $2. *Groups larger than 8 need to email meow@catfemontclair.com to schedule a private visit. *Each person must sign a waiver prior to your appointment- We also have a Minor Child Waiver as well. The waivers can be found on the home page menu of the website and should be signed prior to arrival, so it doesn't take away from your schedule visit. *Plan your visit- Allow for drive time, traffic and finding parking. We suggest arriving a few minutes early to ensure you have enough time to park, sign waivers, and enjoy a complimentary hot beverage. We have a very tight schedule and cannot extend your visit for any reason. If you are running late, please send a message to meow@catfemontclair.com. There is a 10-minute grace period before your session is resold. CHILDREN POLICY *Children ages 12 and above are welcome in the 60 min cat lounge sessions *Children 7-12 years old are NOT allowed in our 60 minute Cat Lounge sessions, they are welcome in our 30 min sessions only! If you bring a child under 12 years old to a 60 minute session, you will not be allowed into the cat lounge and will not receive a refund. *We try to keep a peaceful, quiet environment. There is no running or yelling in the Catfé. *Please supervise your children at all times. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING/REFUNDS *No refunds are offered for no-shows. *To cancel or reschedule, email us at meow@catfemontclair.com with MORE THAN 24 hours notice. *Rescheduling is not possible with LESS THAN 24 hours notice. *Cancellations LESS THAN 24 hours before your scheduled visit are non-refundable. *If you cancel MORE THAN 24 hours in advance, you'll receive a refund (minus a 4% processing fee). *Refunds are not permitted for courtesy changes made within the original 24-hour window. By making this reservation, you agree to comply with all expectations and regulations for visiting Catfé Montclair.
