Join us for a calming, all-levels yoga experience surrounded by the peaceful presence of our rescue cats. This beautiful flow is led by Yoga Ground founder, Kristen Brunello, whose mission is simple: *Come as you are, with what you have. Everybody is welcome.* 🧘♀️ **Schedule** * **10:45 AM** – Doors open to set up your space and settle in with the cats * **11:00 AM** – Yoga begins promptly * **Every Other Sunday** ✨ Please allow extra time for parking and arrival so class can begin on time. 🧘 **Bring Your Own Yoga Mat** (And maybe not your fanciest one 😸 Some of our cats enjoy “helping” by kneading on mats during class!) This gentle, grounding class is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and connect—with yourself and with the cats. All experience levels are welcome. 🐾
Cancellation Policy
ARRIVAL & REFUND POLICY Appointments begin at the scheduled time. Entry is permitted at the scheduled appointment time. With 24 hours’ notice or more, reservations may be rescheduled or refunded (minus 4% fee). Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling, transfers, or credits. Failure to attend or remain for the scheduled appointment constitutes a customer decision not to participate and does not qualify for a refund. Event reservations are non-refundable (24+ hours notice allows rescheduling only). Private experiences require a deposit and follow separate written cancellation terms.
