Catfé Montclair
Reservations are strongly encouraged — especially on weekends. Entry cannot be guaranteed without a reservation. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
Nestled in the heart of Montclair, New Jersey, Catfé Montclair is a cozy, cat-filled lounge where community, relaxation, and the magic of adoption come together. We’re not a traditional café — our focus is on cat adoption and giving our rescue cats the love, socialization, and visibility they need to find forever homes.
During your visit, you’re welcome to enjoy a complimentary drink from our self-serve beverage bar, including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. If you’re looking for a full café experience, we encourage you to explore one of Montclair’s many nearby coffee shops.
Children ages 7 and up are welcome in the lounge during designated times. For the comfort and safety of our cats, all visitors are required to wear clean socks, as shoes are not permitted inside. Forgot your socks? No problem, cat-themed socks are available for purchase.
